Payment
Exchange for the trip is USD 4,000. based on twin share accommodation. For single person occupancy,
add USD 600.
This includes accommodations, the services of the guides, shamans, all ceremonies, the fees to archaeological centers, breakfasts, lunches, dinners
(except during the fast for San Pedro and Ayahuasca Ceremonies), train tickets, air transport from Lima to Cusco, and all territorial transport to
all places.
The price does not include international airfare, airport taxes, drinks in the meals or tips.

Cancellation and Refunds: For any cancellation received in writing made 60 days or more prior to the departure are subject to USD 100 cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled 30-59 days prior to the departure date are subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of the trip cost. Reservations
cancelled less than 29 days prior to the departure date are non-refundable. Once the tour has begun, there will not be any refund for unused or
partially used tour features. In all cases, cancellation fees will apply and are non-refundable for any reason, including sickness or other emergencies.
Because of the guarantees made on the hotels and ground transportation, we highly recommend TRAVEL INSURANCE be taken out to cover unforeseen events.
You may want to consider purchasing a commercial travel insurance policy that would include trip cancellation protection. Please contact your local
Travel Agent for more information.
Travel Documents Needed: A valid passport is required. If you are in HKG get more information for your Peruvian visa, call 2868 2622. If you are outside
of HKG, you can make inquiries
here for Peru.
Hotel Accommodations: Based on two persons sharing twin-bedded room with private bath at a specified or similar accommodation listed in the
itinerary. Single occupancy supplement is additional USD 600.
Baggage: All baggage transfers are included and limited to a maximum of two pieces of luggage per person. Carry-on luggage and checked baggage
dimensions should confirm to the airline regulations. Excess baggage charges are the responsibility of the passenger. All baggage is at owner’s risk and
travel insurance is highly recommended.
Health: No vaccinations or shots are required (except for Singaporeans) for Peru. Questions concerning this should be referred to your personal
physician who may want to recommend certain precautions.
Climate: The climate of the Mountain Highlands in Peru during November to mid April is the wet season. It is usually clear and dry in the mornings
with outbursts of rain in the afternoons. The daily temperatures are typically mild (highs of 19C to 25C and lows of 7C to 19C), with a small drop at night.
Clothes: Wearing several layers of clothing is advised. A fleece jacket and a windbreaker are light and comfortable to wear and carry. Casual outfits,
shirts etc in natural fabrics, either long or short sleeved, as well as cotton trousers or synthetic pants and jeans are recommended. Hiking shorts,
hiking shoes and or well worn, comfortable walking shoes, socks and hat will be useful. A waterproof jacket and shoes are very necessary during this time we travel.
What to bring: We suggest sunscreen, insect repellent, pocket torch, sunglasses, camera, umbrella, binoculars, but this is entirely up to each
participant’s discretion. Medication, if applicable. Peru is on the 220 volts system, therefore, a universal transformer is advised for 110 volt/220
volts appliances. Bring along your precious crystals, power tools, and sacred objects to be energized at the sacred sites and during ceremonies.
Spiritual and Physical Fitness: Once you have decided to join us on this trip, it is suggested that you spend a short period of time daily to
visualize your participation with us in the beautiful land of Peru. Connect with your guides, the forces of nature, and your connection with the land of
the Incas. More awareness in your physical health, better eating and regular
walks/exercise will also be beneficial.
